Have you ever noticed that some people seem to exude confidence? Their lives look so easy. They never seem to worry about what to wear, what to say or what people will think of them. What's their secret?
Self-confidence is one of the most important qualities in achieving the life you want to live. Whether it's finding and enjoying the right relationship, career success, or perhaps you lack confidence in your ability to pursue new hobbies, travel or move to a new town. Wherever you lack confidence, and no matter why you want some more, the great news is, confidence is just a skill like any other. You can learn how to be more confident. What could more confidence do for you? A promotion? The right partner? Your own business? Don't you owe it to yourself to find out? Due to insane amounts of spam through my contact form, I've removed this means of contact. If you'd like to have private coaching, or organise a group workshop with a few friends, let's talk about what we need to do to make that happen.
Email me and we'll arrange a chat about your requirements. Or just to join my mailing list. And if you want to contribute to general discussions about Building and Maintaining Confidence, please feel free to get active and post on my Facebook Page. You can also submit blog ideas or posts for wider sharing there. Meanwhile, keep believing. You are Be(you)tiful. I'm Swimming 22 miles in 12 weeks for the Aspire Spinal Injury Charity. It's worth mentioning that I learned to swim as an adult, and don't even enjoy swimming, but the work of Aspire needs the money, and I have to work off the excesses of a summer of fun. Why not boost your own confidence by taking part? |
After many years managing and coaching corporate teams for improvement and success, in large companies such as GEC Marconi, O2 and British Gas, Heather quit her established career in the summer of 2012.
She's gone on to do things she'd only dreamed of: achieving prize-winning grades in the study of wines and spirits, traveling to countries such as Japan, Serbia, and Iceland, running a wine blog and events company, and dancing West Coast Swing from the USA to Russia and almost everywhere in between. Since April 2013, she's taught confidence boosting classes to groups and individuals in the UK, Switzerland, Hungary and Russia. Heather's simple approach was to help people to access their "inner awesome". Now, Heather is offering group workshops as well as 1-1 sessions, for people from all walks of life, who want to improve their confidence. Using proven techniques, Heather can help you to achieve greater confidence, paving the path for you to achieve your own goals. Testimonials |
